Materials will be used as part of TAC’s initiative to increase marketing efforts
Texarkana, AR-TX, 1BOctober 15, 2018– TexAmericas Center (TAC) is excited to release the Targeted Industries Analysis and Texarkana Regional Economic Profile. The two profiles mark the second release of marketing materials completed as part of the organization’s marketing action plan, a three-phase project that will deliver attractive and in-demand marketing materials for use in business attraction efforts and prospect activities, through World Economic Development Alliance (WEDA), headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
“TexAmericas Center is always seeking to showcase the robust skillsets and strengths our community has to offer employers seeking to locate into our area,” said Eric Voyles, Executive Vice President/CEDO for TexAmericas Center. “We feel the Targeted Industries Analysis and Texarkana Regional Economic Profile bring to light perfectly what our community has to offer in terms of its people and its resources.”
The Targeted Industry Analysis is the product of a comprehensive planning strategy for portions of TAC’s 12,000-acre footprint. The booklet highlights the industries that were identified to be best suited for TAC as well as the regional strengths and market uniqueness. The Texarkana Regional Economic Profile takes an in-depth look at the economic strengths of the Texarkana employment market. These two new marketing pieces will be added to the growing library of materials for use at tradeshows, email marketing campaigns and responses to state request for proposals to attract more attention to the growing industrial park.
TexAmericas Center has had an ongoing partnership with WEDA to produce innovative and attractive marketing and advertising materials. Earlier this year, the first of the published marketing materials, the Real Estate Services Booklet, which highlights the available product and resources available at TAC was released. Additionally, a logistics ad was developed for placement in the January/February issue of Global Trade Magazine; the ad will be further utilized for marketing to 3PLs, Warehouse and Distribution, and industries dependent on excellent access to markets. TexAmericas Center also launched an email campaign for their recent cold storage project announcement.
“WEDA works exclusively with economic development organizations to strengthen their marketing and attraction efforts, and we are confident that TexAmericas Center’s marketing action plan is strategically aligned with the market demands. The staff at TexAmericas Center are a great testament to the quality of people and work ethic available in the greater Texarkana region, and we look forward to working with them to develop some more quality marketing tools. ”
Brooke Edwards, Marketing Coordinator for World Economic Development Alliance
Other items to be completed in the marketing action plan include: partners in development profiles, hot sheet for available buildings and site, standard RFP response packet, Infographic, post cards, email templates, case study, ads, and the development of a new website for TexAmericas Center. About TexAmericas Center
Located in the Texarkana metropolitan area, TexAmericas Center owns and operates one of the largest mixed use industrial parks in the United States. With roughly 12,000 development ready acres of land and about 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial product, TexAmericas Center services the four states (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas) markets. Texas is the #1 state for business in the United States of America because of its regulatory environment, tax policies, and workforce quality along with exceptional educational resources, infrastructure, and quality of living. Founded in 1997, TexAmericas Center has the operating capabilities of a municipality but functions more like a traditional real estate development company, offering customized real estate solutions. In addition to controlling our own zoning and permitting processes and sustaining the life cycle of public infrastructure on the complex, TAC has the capability to lease, build-to-suit, or facilitate Greenfield owner-constructed projects in a timely and efficient manner. At TAC, we streamline leasing and manage government development processes all through a single point of contact. Our customers benefit from faster market entry by resolving zoning, permitting, inspection, and state and local incentive programs solely through our organization. Additionally, the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) designated a 101 acre site on TexAmericas Center’s central campus as the first S.T.A.R. Site in Texas (Sites That Are Ready for construction to begin), advancing speed to market for our customers. Tenants of TexAmericas Center tend to be private business owners and corporations seeking flexible and cost effective space solutions.
